Un-identified Cetacean

An un-identified Cetacean was photographed, by Colin Selway, off Rumps Point on 7th March 2016.

On the surface for around 20 secs, moving with the tide but faster creating spray, then diving out of sight, as it did showing, what appeared to be unraised fluked tail, just above the surface, what could be seen, around twice the size of full grown Grey Seal.
